Important fee update - 1st October 2026
Dear Valued Patients,
We would like to inform you that there will be a small increase in our consultation fees, effective 1st October 2026. This adjustment reflects rising operational costs and overall increase in general inflation. Additionally, Medicare rebates increased 2.6% on 1st July 2026, and practice fees remained unchanged at that time. From 1st October 2026, surcharges will no longer apply for card transactions.
This change is necessary to ensure we can continue providing the high-quality care and dedicated service you have come to expect from our doctors and team.
We remain committed to your health and well-being and appreciate your understanding as we make this update to maintain the standard of care you deserve.

SMP Billing Policy
To provide patients with a clear and consistent billing policy and to ensure patients are aware of the costs associated with the services they receive. All fees are payable in full at the time of visit by cash, credit card or EFTPOS. We use Medicare Online and TYRO Easyclaim to promptly process your Medicare Rebate. If you have registered your bank details with Medicare, your rebate from Medicare will be applied to those details. NOTE: It is your responsibility to lodge bank details with Medicare. Patients without a Medicare card will be requested to pay the full amount for the consultation on the day of the visit.

Initial Dressing (With GP)
Initial dressings done during a GP consultation will be billed at a minimum private fee of $98.20, concessional rates and Medicare rebate available.
Dressings (Without GP)
SMALL - No rebate, Flat private fee $17.50
LARGE - No rebate, Flat private fee $22.30
INR Testing
- Private fee $48.90, concession rates and rebates available
- Aged care pensioners will be bulk-billed under their GP
- INR testing without GP consult will incur a $17.50 flat private fee, no rebates or concessions available
